Okay, then I think it is a Tenodera sinensis.
No, it was a little more oblong, but not like the very long ones I saw in a Google search. It looked like a toasted marshmallow.
I think of cocoon as round. Then it might be Tenodera angustipennis. Did the ootheca look like a Chinese Mantis ootheca or a Tenodera angustipennis?
It was long like a cocoon.
Looks like Tenodera. Was the ootheca ball shaped or long?
