Habitat:
Seen in a clump of trees and brush surrounding a little water; area is flanked by an open sports field to one side and building/parking lot to the other.
Notes:
Spotted around 2:45pm. Managed to get a picture because he stopped to preen. Was seen along with several other migratory visitors: Yellow-rumped Warbler - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6166744
