Description:
10-15mm. Found in Southeast Asia and India, may be considered as pest but usually not serious.
Habitat:
Adult host: Sweat Potato & Citrus. This one should be on Citrus limonia, good smelling tree.
Larvae host: tobacco, maize, sugarcane, upland rice

Notes:
There is not much agriculture of those host in Hong Kong, so it's not a problem.
