Description:

Female green-crowned brilliant, a larger hummingbird with green-spotted white underparts, a white spot behind the eye and a white stripe below the eye.

Habitat:

Wet mountain forests

It looks to me like a female Green-crowned Brilliant (Heliodoxa jacula)
