Description:

These doves were mating/fighting outside of my livingroom window. I ran out to get a shot and was surprised at how close they let me come!

I know what you mean...when birds are copulating (or fighting) they are focused on one thing and one thing only!
I think they might actually be quite new to the UK. This behaviour was so crazy to watch and they were too wrapped up in eachother to notice me getting closer and closer to take pictures.
We have Eurasian Collared Doves in Florida, USA! I've neber seen this behavior....cool!
