Hi Aji, Olive-backed Sunbird is the Common name, the scientific name is always Latin, in this case Nectarina jugularis. This bird is the female, the males have a deep blue forehead and throat Not sure of the relationship to Hummingbirds (will have to look it up) but they certainly take their place in Asia with 20 or more species, many of which are fairly common, even abundant in their relevant habitats.
