I thought it to be a Ruddy Pigeon as well at first, but the red on the beak was rather distinctive.

I checked both IDs and agree with Alex, I also checked the Jurong listings and they do have the Red-billed Pigeon there but no mention of the Ruddy Pigeon. I have updated the details. Thanks guys.
