May be Vernonia ... but assured in Astaraceae family..!!
I still can't find exactly what kind though. I find ones that look close but not exact.

Check Asteraceae family.
seeds inside pod look like milkweed seeds, to clarify :)
Oh that's pretty. Flower looks like thistle - but pod looks like milkweed!
