Description:

This is a baby. Looks like a finch but has a beak like a woodpecker? Black mask, mainly dark yellow.

I'd agree with Kymberlee that this is a common yellowthroat.
Actually it's a warbler. Specifically a Common Yellow-throat Warbler. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Common_Yellowthroat/id And it's not a baby... warblers are just very small birds. :)
