Description:

This owl is on exhibit at Lindsay Museum Of Wildlife.
It 's permanent home now is the museum. It has been injured and is not suitable for release into the wild.
She turns around when somebody looks at her and periodically checks if she is being looked at .

this does seem like a Great Gray Owl according to the Wikipedia. The color of the eyes and the pattern of its feathers on the belly and chest differentiate it from the barred owl. @ Shelley thanks, I think i will go with the Great Gray Owl. This owl had a great personality and was very adorable.
