Found it on our way down when we were hiking Mount Cabuyao at Sto Tomas, Baguio City

Sorry mustafarustom, i just could not find other sites for kotoensis, besides congestus is more closer to the area.
Thanks Cindy, it's the closest i.d so far.
It looks similar to Pachyrrhynchus congestus var. immarginatus http://salagubang.net/pages/species/species_cur_s2292.html so it may be that genus. It's only a guess though.
