I found it! It's called a Native Drone Fly, Eristalinus punctilatus. I found it on Ozanimals.com It's in the Hover Fly category. Look it up and read about it.

It is quite large I could see that. Try "What's that Bug" or wait for the sleeping experts to wake up:) Have a great day!
