Description:

This is the infamous poisonous North American plant which produces urushiol, a clear liquid compound found in the sap of the plant that causes an itchy, or sometimes painful rash in most people who touch it.

Habitat:

Spotted all along an urban nature trail (South Creek Greenway Trail) in Springfield, Missouri.
