Description:

This is an oak tree that I found in my backyard. Many branches were cut off due to the sickness of the tree.

Habitat:

Oak trees live on the Northern Hemisphere. They survive in many forests including Mediterranean and tropical areas as well as temperate climates. There are over 600 known species of oak trees and of those 55 are found in the U.S.
