Thanks guys. Not one that I've seen in Scotland before, seemed a little out of place. Still, a nice bit of colour on s cloudy day.
I already clarified its not Cassia. I think Cassia can grow in Britain may be from tropical tree.
I don't think Cassia fistula would grow very well in Scotland, it's more of a tropical tree.
I think Douglas is right.. flowers matching like Laburnum anagyroides
