Brown/beige with white markings and apparent "eyes"

Unknown see notes

Notes:

I snapped this on my office window which is situated in the centre of a busy industrial park with minimal greenery so I doubt this is it's habitat. However we are only 3 miles or so from the Taiwan Straight.
