Description:

Plants of these species around the area are usually taller than 2 meters but not more than 3 meters. It's shoots system are rigid and sturdy, but without the presence of bark. It's leaves are palmate that span up to a foot in size. There are species that have a red-colored stem, while others are light green. Thorns are also present in each node.

Habitat:

Most of these plants are present in unoccupied lots within the subdivision. With them, are a variety of other wildlife like ferns and other angiosperms.
