Field Notes

Description:

Large moth with thick body and unusually shaped wings. Pattern looks like woodgrain in varying colors.

Habitat:

west central ga

Notes:

This moth was waaaay up on the ceiling and I didn't want it to just die there. I used a light pole to ease it down where i took a few photos and set it free outside.
