Thanks, Alex, Gordon and Ashish. I feel it's an Eurasian Curlew too.
Need to check Collins Field Guide.
Gordon you are right, bill is not of a Ibis family bird. Neck and portion is different and above knee legs portion also differs from Ibis as it is less hairy or feathers.
Possibly a Eurasian Curlew or an ibis?
