This plant started blooming within the last 2 weeks. Not quite sure what it is, but it bloomed last season for quite a while.

Native to Europe and West Asia.

I agree that it isn't lupine. An image search on Salvia turned up a few hits that look like what I have. Thanks!
Not sure what it is but it is not a lupine. The leaves don't match.
