Description:

thin-stemmed, densely growing vine with no apparent leaves

Habitat:

spotted on the side of 528 Causeway growing over a fenceline and shrubs; I've seen it cover trees as well

Dodder

Cuscuta sp.

Could this love vine be a species of Cuscuta or a type of mistletoe? Both are parasitic. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuscuta
This is called Love Vine and has no roots, but grows on other plants and destroys them. It turns more golden later on. I have a picture that I put up that I found at the Beach.
