@AshishNimkar, Yes, in Afghanistan we have 1200 type of flora which belongs to 137 family of flora and about 35% of this flora is only in growing Afghanistan. How refreshing to see that all of Afghanistan is not that desolate, colorless war zone portrayed on the news. Wish mine of the the same size had survived the last two years of freezes.

@Bluevizion and AshishNimkar, I think you both are correct and I toke this picture in Jalalabad city of Afghanistan which has similar weather with some parts of Pakistan and India, it is very hot and humid.

Bluevizion your ID suggestion is almost accurate. No other plant had such density flowering and this colour. The bending of flowering branches, and leafs at right side also matches with Bougainvillea. I daily seeing this plant almost everyday from my childhood. Its very good planted in my local area of Mumbai suburbs.

A close-up of the flowers would probably help classify it better. I thought it looked like the Bougainvillea we had in our garden when we were living in Pakistan.

If its Bougainvillea then its climber plant not tree. Its so much aggressive climber and thick woody spine and looks like a tree.
