Description:

Despite being called the green iguana, most iguanas from this area are orange. They are an invasive pest on the island of Puerto Rico.

Habitat:

Mangrove estuary.

LOL. I didn't get a chance to try it while I was there, but also heard it's quite good.
If it's any help, I knew a Professor who said they tasted quite good roasted over an open flame.
