Description:

A type of banana slug, but would like confirmation on the exact species.
A large yellow slug or the genus Ariolimax. Foot has alternating yellow and grey-yellow stripes.

Habitat:

Forested areas. Gardens.

Notes:

Phenotypically variable.

The other two species of Ariolimax don't occur north of San Francisco but if you want to be sure you can differentiate the species by their male sex organs.
