Ground dwelling garden flower. Yellow petals with a black/brownish mark at the base.

National Museum gardens, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

Thanks Dan! I don't often do garden plants but then there's not much in Abu Dhabi that isn't cultivated.... still, it reminds me that I still have to uploads date palms, grey mangroves and salicornias from there which are at least native :-)
