I just google Canary bird flowers and I see what you mean Ashish. They do look very similar but if you look at the leaves, they don't match up with canary bird, they look like marigold.
Dan isn't it Canary Bird..?
I agree with ReannaDee, this is a marigold. We plant a lot of these at work.
This looks like a common type of marigold.
