Description:

tall perennial, blue flowers

Habitat:

montane, about 3000m, extinct volcano

Notes:

I spotted these amazing blue flowers on a 5 day trek up and over Mount Elgon in Uganda but on the border with Kenya. I've shown them to a few people but no luck with ID, hopefully someone has some ideas.....
