Yes you are right Atul sir, at the time of suggesting I was seeing the pic on 1 page and typing from another page. My bad. Its a Eurasian Golden Oriole for sure. Realised my mistake quite some time after suggesting it.

its a eurasian golden oriole for sure the band around the eye in this case is limited to the eye in case of the black naped variety it goes right from behind the neck
