Field Notes

Description:

A coloured tube anemone at the Oklahoma Aquarium. At least that's what the plaque said. I'll be honest my knowledge of animals such as anemone, sea cucumbers, and other not alive-alive things is pretty lackluster. If I'm wrong hopefully someone can correct me.

Habitat:

Cerianthus membranaceus is found on the seabed in shallow water in the Mediterranean Sea, the northern Adriatic Sea and the northeastern Atlantic Ocean.
