What I call an X formed spider. Very attractive with a variety of design

Habitat:

Found in the Laurel/Nokomis school gardens.

I think we spotted the same species! It's Argiope aurantia.

Neat, what a gorgeous spider! The X formation and those weird zig zag bits in the web make me think this is from the Argiope genus. Also the Argiope spiders are pretty striking, like this one!
