I think it's a young bird. I took this shot about 25' away but cropped it to get a better view. The color on the front really did have a pink tint.

I agree with Ava. It is most likely a Cooper's Hawk, based on distribution for this time of year.
I think this may be a Cooper's hawk or a Sharp-shinned Hawk.
