Field Notes

Description:

Large round heads of sterile flowers in shades of pink, red, white, blue & mauve. Can be 4 - 6 feet tall. Leaves smooth, entire, oval-elliptic w/toothed edges.

Habitat:

Mostly in flowerbeds or such, sun or light shade, moist & rich soils. FL 32771

Notes:

For blue flowers use blueing powder or aluminum sulphate.
