I honestly don't know (reptiles are not my strong side); it's just that your picture reminded me of Marginated tortoise... This said, I thought of the Greek one, but always thought the Greek and Herman tortoises were smaller (less than 30cm in length), and that their shells rarely bend... But the Wikipedia article points out to difficulties in classifying subspecies of Greek tortoise due to their large diversity, but also the possibility to hybridize with Marginated tortoise.
Nice find - by the shape of it's carapace, it reminds me of Marginated Tortoise (Testudo marginata), but the range does not fit... This tortoise is Balkan endemic, occurring mainly in Greece (check here: https://www.iucnredlist.org/species/21653/201295229). But it was also recorded in Turkey (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_reptiles_of_Turkey#Order:_Testudines_(turtles_and_tortoises).
However, I'm putting it as suggestion, maybe that can help.
