Description:

Shallow funnel-shaped flower, in shades of white and pink, with maroon centre and maroon veining on the petals.

Notes:

Found in the wild, abandoned parts of a small village.

I would say good possibility! Malva is a huge family, but that looks closer than anything I found :)
With your info, I found a flower alike mine. Might it be a Lavatera trimestris?
Looks like one of the hardy hibiscus, but it could be any other member of the mallow family
