I saw this little monkey in Panama City, Panama. He was captive. Is a tamarin, a type of small monkey, found in Panama and Colombia. It is predominantly black and white, with a reddish nape

Habitat:

Tropical forest.

I believe this little monkey is in the Callitrichidae family, maybe the Saguinus genus... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callitrichidae Saguinus oedipus or geoffroyi, it looks like a baby.
