i agree, both of these are alexandrines. rose necked parakeets do not have such a thick bill.
You have different names on them, maybe I am wrong, but they look the same to me.
I think they are the same and it would be smart to put all four pictures together. They are quite good.
i was confused by myself...is this one same as the one below? http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6269815 after upload, it seems they are the same? Can anyone advise me?
