Description:

My Aunt has this planted in her backyard in a pot. She has no idea the name of it. To me it looks tropical. Niceville, FL is located in the panhandle of FL and is near Pensacola, FL. It is near the beach, but does not have salt air in this part of Niceville. It is very humid.

http://www.monrovia.com/plant-catalog/plants/2180/athens-blue-princess-flower.php Aunt Nance & Dan - I missed your comments somehow. Dan you were right on the general ID and Seema you got the ID perfect. Thank you all. I will tell my aunt when I see her again. This plant is in Florida. She bought it from a nursery but it had no tags.
