The yellow-bellied flycatcher does not occur this far south, population southern limit is around rockhampton. Definately a Eastern Yellow

I have checked both and they are not Australian...
Could also be the Yellow-bellied Flycatcher (Empidonax flaviventris)
I don't know if that is right, but I tried...
