bird nest

i found this in a forrest area, in mongolia.
i don't know what kind of bird or maybe a differtent animal life's here.
maybe it's a Eurasian Nuthatch, because the white stuff feeled like gypsum or cement. and i know that the Nuthatch can make like stoney cement kind of nest's entrance.
