Leaf beetle (Chrysomelidae).
Habitat:
Overgrown urban area.
Notes:
Very like this spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/62916057. But this one has additional black patches on the lower elytra.
I have uploaded a number of very similar beetles which I believe are all Diabrotica sp, in the hopes that someone can help me sort them out down to species level...
