Description:

This spider had a reservation on a part near the crown of the tree. In this unusual posture, it looked more like froth on the leaf tip. I've seen photos of spiders pretending to be bird poop- just one of the many gimmicks they use to lure prey. This might just be another tiny trickster.

On the scaly-leaf conifer tree
