Description:

Newly emerged adult, this accounts for the pale coloration in which you'd normally see a much more vivid orange.

Habitat:

Found in foliage at Fort Custer R.A.

There are several species that all look very familiar. Box elders are smaller and also have a different pattern on their wing covers.
Hmm I was always told those are box elder bugs. Now I am going to have to research it. ;-) you how it goes with folk names for things lol
