Species ID Suggestions

Milkweed Locust

Phymateus cf. aegrotus

Phymateus sp., looks similar to Phymateus aegrotus. There are other similar ones: Phymateus cinctus = Phymateus stollii (which is probably not found in Eastern Africa). http://orthoptera.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/ShowImage.aspx?TaxonNameID=1120846&ImageID=112388 I don't think it is Phymateus viridipes: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11028048 http://orthoptera.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/Taxa.aspx?TaxonNameID=1120843 http://www.saltatoria.info/deutsch/artenübersicht-a-z/phymateus-aegrotus/ Note the comment on this one: Aegrotus not Stollii: http://www.flickr.com/photos/48573660@N04/4447931146/ Sceptic ID in my eyes: http://www.pbase.com/joharnois/image/127561918 Please, verify!
