Field Notes

Description:

Perennial herb. Stems usually solitary, sometimes clustered. Lightly hairy, avg. 10-60cm height. Leaves: Basal leaves heart shaped. Flowers: Heads with ray and disk, 1-3 avg. Densely hairy usually 9-16 yellow.

Habitat:

Most places in BC, 100-2000m Elevation, avg. Mesic sites though range at both extremes.
