We were flying close to 10,000' when we came across this Vulture but I could not see the bird on the camera screen so had to zoom out and point and hope.

Wow ! incredible ! Beautiful photo of a view very inahabituel hihihihi You're very good at doing all at the same time, pilot, flying and photography. This Griffon is certainly huge, its goest are very big :))
They are very good at taking avoiding action, even when meeting head-on, which happens in thermals sometimes, but they do fly very close sometimes with their heads turned towards us!
Lucky shot Malcolm! Do you ever clash with birds with your glider? Do they stay well out of the way?
