I will look it up. The nest is indeed under our front feck, which is raised about ten feet off of the ground.

It looks like the nest is built up under a deck, which is a likely place for a phoebe to build a nest. Looks like a phoebe nest as well. You might want to google "phoebe chicks" or nests and see if you agree.
