I'm not to sure what kind of beehive this is and i have a lot of bee's in my yard ill post pictures of the bees' that i find.

That is not a bee hive! It's a wasps nest and you should go to Home depot or LOWE'S and purchase a good foaming insecticide can that shoots it 20-25 ft. Kill the nest at night when they are all inside!! If you got children and/ or are allergic to that kind of sting be careful. The wasps do sting repeatedly.. They do not loose their sting like the bee!! Last summer I got stung at least 10 times in my yard while cutting grass.. They don't like vibration and smells of any sort!! ( gas fumes, perfume, smoke).. Good luck Nick
