You're kind of killing me with this. You refuse to accept my ID. I have triple checked this both ways. Either let it go or flag my spotting. Either way I am done with this.

While the flowers of both plants are very similar, the difference is the leaves. I have included more photos to clear this issue up.
I feel that this tree is Calliandra haematocephala as it is originated from Central America. This flower has many shades upto Pink. Flower's every Filament (Red or Pink has small Anther on top.
Mimosa is small shrub. This is mid size tree.
I did check it. Powder puff, silk tree and mimosa are acceptable IDs

I grew up next to s mimosa. Haven't seen one in some time. Brings back many memories, especially cleaning up all of those spring flowers!!!
