Maybe a poppy species? (sorry for the washed out photos, I tried to fix it as well..but it didn't really work)

I haven't seen one with that type of flower but it might be P. rhoeas or P. orientale. It might be a double flowered type nearing the end of its days. Most poppies flower early spring, they don't like the heat.
I've got one other photo that i'll upload right now
from what I can see, I'd say poppy, Papaver sp. but need to see more of the bloom and plant foliage to get a more accurate ID. do you have any more photos of it?
