Eastern Tailed Blue Cupido comyntas or Polyommatus comyntas or Everes comyntas
It looks like a Karner Blue Butterfly. From what I'm reading on it, it says its an endangered species that lives in the midwest and the great lakes regions. It fits the description, but I'm not certain. I may have just named a look-a-like.
